Cheddar Woods Resort And Spa, Cheddar

We had a fantastic time at Cheddar Woods, with well-equipped lodges and great family-friendly activities. The hot tub was a highlight! However, we did experience some issues with the heating in our lodge, which should be addressed for future visits.

The resort has a beautiful setting and the lodge itself is modern; however, we faced multiple issues with maintenance and staff attitudes that put a damper on our experience. While the lodge was well-kept, the service was inconsistent, leading to frustrations during our stay. Overall, it was a mixed experience that left room for improvement.

Overall, the resort offered a relaxing getaway with spacious and clean lodges, a hot tub, and beautiful woodland surroundings. The positive aspects included a well-equipped kitchen and immediate assistance from staff when issues arose. However, some cleanliness concerns were noted, and we experienced a minor hiccup with our hot tub heating.
